Hello! I do a lot of weights - usually 5 sessions a week, 8 reps on most exercises with a heavy weight that makes it too hard to do any more. I split my work outs by body section - legs, shoulders, arms, chest and back. I also do some HIIT cardio some days. I run outdoors as well, anywhere between 5 - 10 km at the moment, 3- 4 times per week. I also like to go for walks :)
